Depending on the issue’s complexity, some cases may require additional consultations or advisory services.

Can I receive regular support through spot consultations only?

You can schedule regular spot consultations for ongoing support on individual tax-related issues. However, for more comprehensive support, we recommend considering our advisory services.

What should I do if the consultation schedule does not match my availability?

We strive to be as flexible as possible with scheduling consultations. If you cannot find a suitable time, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I attend the consultation with my child while taking care of them?

Yes, you are welcome to attend the consultation with your child. We understand that scheduling can be difficult for those with childcare responsibilities, and we will do our best to make the consultation process as convenient as possible.

Can I extend the consultation time if needed during the session?

If our schedule allows, we can extend the consultation time. 6,600 JPY as an additional fee will apply for every 15-minute increment.

Is there any follow-up after the consultation?

Basic follow-up is not included in the spot consultation service. However, we may provide simple follow-up support depending on the consultation content. You can schedule another spot consultation or consider our advisory services if additional support is necessary.

How should I prepare for a spot consultation?

To maximize the effectiveness of the consultation, it’s recommended that you organize your questions or concerns beforehand and have any relevant documents or data available during the session. Feel free to discuss any tax-related issue, no matter how small.

Can I have a remote consultation?

Yes, we offer remote consultations through video conferencing tools(Zoom). This allows us to provide services to clients who cannot visit a meeting place in Osaka.
